For ongoing communications with this office, direct email is usually the best way to keep in touch. It’s also a good idea NOT to send email on the weekend, as those messages can find themselves too far down in my in-basket, and could get lost.
And yes, I know phone calls or zoom or facetime can offer the benefit of direct personal communication, but information in email messages is much less likely to get lost, forgotten or misunderstood.
